Medical Support Services (MSS) utilizes structured billing and collection procedures that emphasize accuracy, compliance, analysis and performance that have enabled us to provide our clients with exceptional service. There are different requirements for billing each of the specialties. Taking into account the requirements for each task, MSS has developed proven techniques in all areas.

Fosselman & Associates, CPAs, Inc. (F&A) began providing comprehensive EMS billing services and accounts receivable management services in February 1996. F&A has worked successfully in conjunction with three separate contract administrators to develop medical records and billing procedures to accomodate the quickly growing EMS division.

In addition to billing for EMS services, F&A has developed specialized billing and accounts receivable management programs for a rapidly growing anesthesia group, nephrology group, and several other small provider groups.

In total, F&A processed more than $15 million in billings for medical services in 2007 and collected more than $10 million for 9 separate entities.
